Please note we will carry out a home vet and it is important the home checker meets all people living in the home. Please don't feel this is in any way derogatory but we want you to be happy with your foster dog(s) and we don't want to place an unsuitable dog with you when you have been kind enough to offer assistance.

* I understand that the adoption fee will be paid in full at the time of adoption and if the cat is in foster will be paid by cheque (with a guarantee card), postal order or bankers draft. We do not accept payment by card.

*IMPORTANT NOTES:
If you want to adopt the dog you're fostering you MUST let the centre know as soon as possible. Fosterers will NOT automatically be allowed to adopt the dog if a suitable applicant has come forward so you must let us know BEFORE we forward an application to you.

If a fosterer adopts the dog they are fostering, the FULL adoption fee will apply.

If you are unable to keep fostering a dog in your care for whatever reason, Many Tears will make every effort to get it back to either the centre or another fosterer. However, if this is not possible we will need you to either keep the dog until an alternative placement can be found or you will have to return the dog to the rescue yourself.
