30-11-24 October is the sweetest girl who has come to us from a breeder to find a loving home. She will gently greet you with a waggy tail when you enter her kennel but quickly loses her confidence without her kennel friends for support. October had 6 teeth removed when she was spayed but has recovered well and is eating fine.  She loves her kennel friends and needs a home where there is at least one other dog who is kind and friendly and will allow her to cuddle up with them if she wants to.  October has never lived in a home but she will watch her new friend(s) and start to copy what they do which will help her learn new skills like house training and lead walking.  October has a PETS travel document.

17-12-24 UPDATE

October, known as Tilly in foster is such a sweet little dog. She is clean in the house even asking to be let out to do her business. Sleeps all night and is far more confident now. She greets even new visitors with a shy waggy tail and will accept a fuss from anyone now. She is desperate to play with another kind dog and whoever adopts this lovely little girl is going to be very lucky. Now that her coat is growing she is starting to change colour and her ears are grey, she has cream patches on her head and body. Walking on a lead and harness are still a work in progress, but she is learning very quickly. She travels well in the car and would love a new home for herself very soon.

Please read our information on ADOPTING EX-BREEDING DOGS before you apply.

PLEASE NOTE: We nearly always home dogs who have come from breeders where there is ALREADY A RESIDENT DOG living in the house. They have usually never lived in a house before and are only used to canine company. They usually get their confidence and learn faster with another dog to copy from. This also helps with house training and learning how to walk on a lead. They will make lovely pets but do need a lot of love, time and patience. If the ex breeding dog you are interested in can be an only dog it will say so in its write up. Please read our information on ADOPTING EX-BREEDING DOGS before you apply.
