If you are interested in adopting a dog that does not say it can be homed with a cat and wish us to cat test please let us know and we will be happy to do this.

18-11-24 Dobby is a very worried boy that has come to us days away from being pts. Dobby has lived in a home where they were unable to care for him anymore, and turned him over to the police instead who signed him over to a vets who then referred him to us. We are told that Dobby can show some signs of guarding behaviours in the home and has in the past nipped a teenager. Although we haven't yet seen this side of him and neither did the vets of Gwen Police Department, we will carry on carefully assessing him. We are told Dobby has been unpredictable around children and when introducing new people into the home. Therefore, Dobby requires an adult only home free of children and visiting children and with adopters who have experience of dogs with similar issues. He would suit best in a quiet home with quiet walks so not to be put in a sticky situation and to keep him safe. Dobby would be best as an only dog so he can receive all of the love and attention he deserves! Since Dobby has lived in a home, it is believed he is house trained, however his new family may need to refresh his skills with some training and guidance. He really is a very sweet and nervous boy that is doing so well braving his new surroundings. Our staff have instantly fallen in love with him, and we have not seen any other side to his personality other than a sweet, sad and scared little boy.
