05-02-25 Dewy is an amazing and sweet natured girl that has come to us from a breeder to start her new life and although she have come from a breeding background, we are told she has lived a long and happy life this far. Dewy would be just fine as an only dog in the home as her mission is to be the best companion to her family. However, she may be okay with a kind resident dog in the home in the right circumstance. She has lived both inside and outside of the home and enjoys running free around on the farm to get all of her energy out. We are told she is a very obedient girl and knows skills such as houe trainings, how to walk on a lead, sit, stay, down, heel and has very good recall. Her previous owners have noticed that when Dewy was racing around the farm, she sometimes would get overstimulated by horses and chase them. We are told that Dewy is good with children and has always found love in people and dogs alike. We are also told that she is not a noisy dog and honestly there is not a bad word to say about this girl. She is absolutely gorgeous and so intellegent. You could not ask for a better dog if you tried, and she is so ready to settle back into a home. This lady has the sweetest and most gentle soul and just aims to please. Dewy will make a great companion for anyone willing to give her a chance and take her on adventures - as long as they give her the spot on the sofa next to them at night. Dewy is such a great girl who's skills and temperment are wasted here in the kennels, and we so hope she isnt here for much longer. Dewy cannot live with cats, small furries or other livestock.

Looking for a Home for Dewy – The Queen of Cuddles and Chaos!
Meet Dewy, the most wonderful mix of sweetness and silliness you’ll ever find! This girl has it all—brains, beauty, and just the right amount of mischief to keep life interesting.
What makes Dewy amazing?
• She’s got impeccable manners—knows sit, stay, and heel like a pro!
• Obsessed with playing ball (seriously, if you throw it, she WILL fetch it).
• Loves long walks and belly rubs—bonus points if both happen at the same time.
• Great with other dogs and dog-savvy kids who understand that her tail is NOT a tug toy.
• Walks beautifully on a lead—she could teach some humans a thing or two about grace!
What makes Dewy… a little extra?
• Horses? Oh, she loves them… from a distance. Up close, she thinks she’s in a Western movie and sometimes forgets she’s not the main character.
• She can be an only dog or have doggy siblings—she’s happy either way as long as there’s love (and snacks).
Dewy is looking for a forever home where she can be her best self—a place with love, adventures, and maybe a nice garden to perfect her ball-fetching skills. If you’re looking for a loyal, funny, and affectionate companion, Dewy is your girl!
Come meet her, but be warned—once she steals your heart, there’s no getting it back!
Please read our information on ADOPTING EX-BREEDING DOGS before you apply.
PLEASE NOTE: We nearly always home dogs who have come from breeders where there is ALREADY A RESIDENT DOG living in the house. They have usually never lived in a house before and are only used to canine company. They usually get their confidence and learn faster with another dog to copy from. This also helps with house training and learning how to walk on a lead. They will make lovely pets but do need a lot of love, time and patience. If the ex breeding dog you are interested in can be an only dog it will say so in its write up. Please read our information on ADOPTING EX-BREEDING DOGS before you apply.
