20-11-24 Teddy is the most snuggly boy that has come to us from a breeder to find his forever home. When he is around his kennel mates, he is full of confidence and will come right up to you for playtime and for a fuss. However, when he is alone he is a little shut down and lost. Therefore, Teddy would benefit from a resident dog in the home to rely on for support while he settles in. Teddy likes to show off some of his skills, one being that he can already walk on a lead! All though sometimes he can be a little weary, once he finds his confidence he is quite comfortable on the lead! Since Teddy has not had the oppertunity to live in a home just yet, he will need his new family to be understanding as he learns new skills such as house trainings! Teddy really is a great boy that loves people and dogs alike and would make the perfect companion for someone willing to give him a cosy home, and take him on lots of adventures! Teddy is an absolutely adorable Cocker Spaniel! He is a gorgeous boy who wants nothing more than a good cwtch! He is super confident and comes straight up to you hoping you will give him the pets he is after! As soon as you meet Teddy he will win your heart over! Although he loves attention and lacks no confidence, he is very calm and docile within his nature and doesn’t go over the top, even though every time he wants a fuss! He has the softest coat and really is a stunning boy! He walks incredibly well on lead already but will need patient owners who will have to time to house train him! Teddy could definitely go as an only dog but would also work well with other residential dogs as he gets along with all the dogs he’s been kennelled with here so far. Teddy would be the perfect cuddle buddy and will make his new family incredibly happy!

PLEASE NOTE: We nearly always home dogs who have come from breeders where there is ALREADY A RESIDENT DOG living in the house. They have usually never lived in a house before and are only used to canine company. They usually get their confidence and learn faster with another dog to copy from. This also helps with house training and learning how to walk on a lead. They will make lovely pets but do need a lot of love, time and patience. If the ex breeding dog you are interested in can be an only dog it will say so in its write up. Please read our information on ADOPTING EX-BREEDING DOGS before you apply.
ADOPTION DETAILS
If your application is successful you will be home checked and you, all members of your family and any dog(s) who will be living with the dog MUST come to meet the dog you want to adopt. All our dogs are micro-chipped, have had at least their first inoculation and are spayed/neutered unless there is a medical reason for not doing so. You must have a safe means of transporting the dog home in a crate or if this is not possible please discuss with Many Tears or the Fosterer when your application is being processed.
