18-11-24 Autumn Glow is a gorgeous boy who's personality does just that.... it glows! This amazing boy has come to us from a breeder, and he is so excited to find his forever home. Autumn Glow hasnt met a person he doesnt like, and he loves to jump up and give hugs- seriously he may just spend time on two legs more than he does on 4 as he just loves to give hugs! This very confident boy has enough personality to fill a house, and could an only dog in the home. Since he is so very jumpy and active, and can mouth a little in excitement so he wouldnt be suited to a home with children. Mr. Glow walks well on a lead, but may need additional lessons on house trainings as he has never lived in a home before. Autumn Glow is an absolutely gorgeous boy that is very active and will be a great companion to go on outdoor adventures with!

06-12-24 UPDATE
I call Autumn Glow "Otto" here, which he has started to recognise and respond to now!
Otto is a gorgeous gorgeous velcro viz who wants nothing more than the company of humans. He doesn't mind what it consists of; sitting on lunch with everyone, or going for really long walks with volunteers- he really doesn't mind, as long as there's a human alongside him he's a happy boy. Otto could easily be an only dog, or go with other dogs. He's waved off a fair few of his kennel friends, either being adopted or going to foster, and he still waits with the same excitement to see humans every single day. He's very popular amongst our volunteers and other dogs here seem to love him too, he very quickly became a favourite of everyone's. Just 2 days after arrival, many staff were telling others "have you met the vizsla?"
Otto can be mouthy when he gets very excited - this is rare but it does happen and so for this reason we wouldn't home him with children.
I hope Otto finds a nice warm home in time to open his Christmas presents in the warm!

Please read our information on ADOPTING EX-BREEDING DOGS before you apply.

PLEASE NOTE: We nearly always home dogs who have come from breeders where there is ALREADY A RESIDENT DOG living in the house. They have usually never lived in a house before and are only used to canine company. They usually get their confidence and learn faster with another dog to copy from. This also helps with house training and learning how to walk on a lead. They will make lovely pets but do need a lot of love, time and patience. If the ex breeding dog you are interested in can be an only dog it will say so in its write up. Please read our information on ADOPTING EX-BREEDING DOGS before you apply.
