03-11-2024 This little lady is Pippa, she is a adorable loving lady that has come to us from a home where the owner was hoarding dogs and could not copeShe has sore skin which our vet is treating.. Pippa is a shy girl but after some time she will approach you and does really love fuss and attention when done calmly and on her own pace. Pippa is showing us that she wants to be loved and is just unsure about human kindness but with time we know she is going to shine so bright. Pippa will need a home with another resident dog as she has always been around other dogs and another dog will help her settle into her new forever home and also give her a helping paw with training. Although Pippa has lived in a home before she may need to be taught house manners such as toilet training and how to walk on a lead. Pippa will need adopters that are able to give her unlimited time and patience to help her settle in and come out of her shell, she already shows us how much she wants to be loved so we know she won't take long to understand human kindness.

01-12-2024 UPDATE
Pippa has been in her foster home for a couple of weeks and her skin is getting much better albeit still bald and sore in places, this will still need care and attention. Her personality has transformed and she is no longer the timid little girl hiding in the corner. Pippa is a very active young dog who likes nothing more than very rough play with her foster sisters and brother who are much larger than her (St Bernard, Greyhound and Lab sized!) she would be too much for small or elderly dogs and gets on better with females rather than males. She is very agile and can jump high her looks are deceiving, she loves running and would like a large garden to race round in with her pals. Toilet training and separation issues are work in progress and she needs to have a dog that will snuggle up to with her at night, lots of long walks and scrummy food. Do you have the perfect home for little Pip?
