06-10-2024 - Apple is a sweet little lady that has come to us from a breeder. She is a little timid in her new surroundings and is learning how to trust people. Currently, she is much more comfortable around her fellow furry friends, than she is with people and would best suit a home with another resident dog to rely on for confidence and comfort and to help settle. She is easy to handle when she is being held, but has not gained the confidence to approach strangers just yet. She has not had the chance to learn house rules and would benefit from a patience and guidence when learning house training and how to walk on a lead. Apple is an absolutely beautful girl and belongs in a home surrounded by love!

Apple (pip) the little Cavachon has already started to settle into home life and our routine. She is a very small little Cavachon and very cute.
Still very nervous when approaching her and of loud noises, but once in your arms is easy to handle and loves to be stroked.
Toilet training is still a work in progress and we’ve not started lead training yet. She sleeps all night quietly though downstairs at the moment with her best friend Heston(hetty) who she was kennelled with at centre. She’s definitely going to need a kind resident dog who will play with her in her new home, unless of course they were rehomed together which would be lovely. She is going to make such a happy addition to any family. Young children would be too much for her at the moment, but older sensible dog savvy children should be ok.

Please read our information on ADOPTING EX-BREEDING DOGS before you apply.
PLEASE NOTE: We nearly always home dogs who have come from breeders where there is ALREADY A RESIDENT DOG living in the house. They have usually never lived in a house before and are only used to canine company. They usually get their confidence and learn faster with another dog to copy from. This also helps with house training and learning how to walk on a lead. They will make lovely pets but do need a lot of love, time and patience. If the ex breeding dog you are interested in can be an only dog it will say so in its write up. Please read our information on ADOPTING EX-BREEDING DOGS before you apply.
