15-10-2024 Destiny is a beautiful and sweet girl that has been returned to us after being adopted for 2 years as the environment was too much for her to handle. Destiny is a sweet natured girl that is also very scared and timid. She started to become very scared of the loud resident teenager in the house, and was not settling well with it. So, in Destiny's new home, she will need a quiet environment where she can grow her confidence, preferably with no children or older kids around, but we are told she does okay with visiting kids. Destiny is house trained, walks on a lead and will need a bigger resident dog to rely on for comfort and to be able to play with. Destiny loves to run around big open fields to get all of her energy out and so she would suit best in a rural, or semi-rural area where she can run with her new resident companion. Destiny is an amazing girl who has been assessed by the vets and has had some additional dental work done, just to make her adorable smile so much bright! She is just looking for a quiet home to settle into.

16-10-24 UPDATE

Destiny has come back to her original fosterer from a home where she lived for 2 years.Destiny is the sweetest, kindest dog and if I didn't have so many here already she won't be going anywhere, I absolutely adore her. Her ideal home will be a quiet, peaceful setup in a rural or semi-rural environment, with a large playful resident dog (or a smaller one, but she is a big girlie and she runs fast, not every little dog will like that kind of play). Her new owners will need to be calm and patient, preferably with experience of scared dogs, outgoing enough to take her on long walks which she loves, and without children in the house (occasional visiting children will be ok). She loves her food, espically freeze-dried treats! She is happy to walk for hours or to take a nap of the sofa, so it is the best of both worlds! Destiny is clean in the house, travels well in the car and walks lovely on the lead. She really is a gentle giant and will be the dream dog for someone once she gains the trust and confidence.

Please read our information on ADOPTING EX-BREEDING DOGS before you apply.

PLEASE NOTE: We nearly always home dogs who have come from breeders where there is ALREADY A RESIDENT DOG living in the house. They have usually never lived in a house before and are only used to canine company. They usually get their confidence and learn faster with another dog to copy from. This also helps with house training and learning how to walk on a lead. They will make lovely pets but do need a lot of love, time and patience. If the ex breeding dog you are interested in can be an only dog it will say so in its write up. Please read our information on ADOPTING EX-BREEDING DOGS before you apply.
