VISITING THE RESCUE |
Many Tears is open 7 days a week to the public for show arounds. These happen once a day on weekdays and twice a day at weekends. Mon-Fri the show arounds start promptly at 12pm Sat-Sun show arounds start promptly at 11am and 1pm. THERE IS NO NEED TO BOOK AND PLEASE ARRIVE AT LEAST 10 MINUTES BEFORE THE START TIME AS YOU CANNOT JOIN A SHOW AROUND ONCE THEY HAVE STARTED. We do ask for a donation of £3 for anyone over the age of 14. The address of the rescue is Many Tears Animal Rescue, Cwmlogin House, Cefneithin, Llanelli, Carmarthenshire, SA14 7HB. If you follow the signs to the reception gate on your arrival a member of staff will meet you and go through procedures prior to viewing any of the dogs. Please note that our rescue facility currently has limited accessability for individuals with mobility impairments or disabilities. While we do our best to accomodate everyone, some areas may be difficult to navigate for those using wheelchairs, walkers or other mobility aids. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. |

VOLUNTEERING AT THE RESCUE |
If you would like to volunteer at Many Tears please email volunteer@manytearsrescue.org and give the dates and times you would like to come. Please state clearly if you would like to volunteer with dogs and/or horses and give details of what experience you have. We would want a volunteer to be here for a minimum of 3 hours) Please check your junk mail as sometimes replies go in there, Volunteer who come to help with the dogs can be asked to do anything from cleaning kennels, walking dogs or simply sitting and socialising the scared dogs and puppies. It will depend on what needs to be done on the day you volunteer. Please wear appropriate clothing and no open toe shoes even in the summer. Bring a waterproof coat and refreshments. |
