Stable Chatter 12-11-24

Hey horsey people! I’m Alex, the yard manager, horse hugger, chaos coordinator (aka mum of 3), and thrilled to be here with you all!

Please allow me to introduce myself, I’m Alex the Equestrian yard manager here at Many Tears Animal Rescue, and I am so excited to connect with all of you here! Horses have been a huge part of my life for nearly 30 years, and I’m thrilled to share that love with everyone here.

A little about me: I have a HNC in Equine Studies, am a Level 1 Equinology Equine Body Worker, and recently earned a qualification in Animal-Assisted Therapy. Working here is an absolute joy - it’s amazing to watch the horses grow and to see the positive impact they have on people who come to them for support. Horses are incredible healers, and I love helping others discover their magic!

Outside of work, I am a local mum of three, ages 7, 8, and 12. I have my own horses at home, and they all keep me very busy on the weekends (the children and the horses)! When I'm not busy being a mum, you can usually find me cheering on Wales in Rugby or watching Formula 1!

Thanks for reading about me, and being a part of our journey - can’t wait to share more adventures with you all!
