Millie & Daisy - Happy Ending

Our lovely Millie, formally MT Cressy was the most terrified girl we have adopted. We couldn’t even stroke her when we got her in December 2023. She has very slowly made lots of progress and, although still nervous, enjoys cuddles (on her own terms), loves her walks (took four months) and is comforted by the company of her sister Daisy (formerly Mystic adopted 2022). Millie’s favourite times are breakfast and dinner. She gets so excited although she has to eat by the open door with us in a different room. We think food was used to trap her and she still eats nervously watching to see if anyone is coming. We dread to think about what happened to our lovely Millie and we are so happy to give her all the love and time she needs.
