If you are interested in adopting a dog that does not say it can be homed with a cat and wish us to cat test please let us know and we will be happy to do this.

5-9-19 Taylor is a beautiful boxer who has come to us to find a new home. She is a strong confident girl who is interested in her new surroundings and keen to make friends with us. Taylor gets on better with large male dogs and loves to play! We think as long as her new family can give her plenty of time, exercise and mental stimuation Taylor could be the only dog or she needs a home with a large and playful male.  She knows her name and mostly sits on command but could just do with a little more training.  Taylor could be house trained but if not it shouldn't take her long to pick up.  She is a super girl who any boxer lover would be lucky to have in their lives.

10-09-19 UPDATE
Hey Hey Im Taylor, nice to meet you all! I have a new kennel mum looking after me today and she has told me numerous of times that she loves me because im a big, bouncy, playful goofball.
I have lots and lots of energy so i will need plenty of long walks and maybe some brain training games to keep my busy brain entertained. I went for a long walk today and got to play on the river, turns out i quite like water.
I can be an only dog or if I went to a home with another dog it must be a bigger male! I walk very well on the lead but can be strong sometimes so maybe i could do with a bit more training with not pulling. My kennel mum says im a very intelligent girl and will sit on command sometimes, with consistency I will be a pro at all tricks. I'd really love an active home to call my own, kennel mum says the bit outside world is a beautiful and I'd thoroughly enjoy it! Please don't be put off by my bouncy playfulness I really do have a lot of love to give and would be great in a family.

The adoption fee for an adult dog (6 months and over) is £220 and for a puppy is £250, However if the dog has a passport you will be given this when you adopt and we ask for a further £20 to help us buy a passport for another dog. You will find a break down of what the adoption fee covers under our Adoption Procedures (see link below) If your application is successful you will be home checked and you, all members of your family and any dog(s) who will be living with the dog MUST come to meet the dog you want to adopt. All our dogs are micro-chipped, have had at least their first inoculation and are spayed/neutered unless there is a medical reason for not doing so. You must have a safe means of transporting the dog home in a crate or if this is not possible please discuss with Many Tears or the Fosterer when your application is being processed.

In certain circumstances and in particular when it is one of our long term stayers or a dog who is difficult to home we may transport it down the M4 as far as Reading if the adopter is not able to travel for a valid reason. This will only happen on a Sunday and will be part of our Foster Run where we transport dogs to their foster homes. There will be and additional charge of £20 transport fee for this and the adopter must be able to travel to the allocated service station. Please think very carefully before asking for a dog to be transported as if you already have a dog there is no guarantee they will get along with the new dog or vice versa and you will need to be able to hold on to the dog until the following week and meet the van again if you wish to return the dog.

Please read our adoption procedures before applying and then complete the adoption form.
