26-06-19 Blink is an 8 week old male lurcher. This world is not always a kind place for a pup to be born into. These pups are only part of a huge litter, most of which were run over on a very busy main road. Those left escaped the articulated lorries etc by shivering in the upturned crisp box, left on the side of the road. They were scooped up and given to us by a kind Samaritan whilst travellers apparently laughed and walked on. They are sweet pups of greyhound type. Brought up carefully you would end up with a  gentle best friend, one willing to love you despite the actions of your fellow man!
Blink will need to be castrated at the age of 6 months and will need to attend training classes.

15-08-19 UPDATE
Blink, who I call Bam Bam is a little darling but he definitely needs a home where any canine companion is very gentle and willing to cuddle up with him. If rehomed to a family any children need to be older children, he really doesn't like (gets scared) when children start running and screaming around him.
He needs a person who won't mind Bam Bam wanting to cuddle up with them every time they sit on the sofa, he loves to be with you all the time and really craves attention!
He never chews anything but he is "a treasure monster" will bring every flip-flop, toy or small precious items to his bed every night.
He is just amazing and so so loving.

The adoption fee for an adult dog (6 months and over) is £220 and for a puppy is £250, However if the dog has a passport you will be given this when you adopt and we ask for a further £20 to help us buy a passport for another dog. You will find a break down of what the adoption fee covers under our Adoption Procedures (see link below) If your application is successful you will be home checked and you, all members of your family and any dog(s) who will be living with the dog MUST come to meet the dog you want to adopt. All our dogs are micro-chipped, have had at least their first inoculation and are spayed/neutered unless there is a medical reason for not doing so. You must have a safe means of transporting the dog home in a crate or if this is not possible please discuss with Many Tears or the Fosterer when your application is being processed.

Please read our adoption procedures before applying and then complete the adoption form.
