15-03-19 Bubble is a poor little 4 month old lurcher. This young boy has been left in a very poor state left on the side of the road. He is currently being treated for mange and he is starting to feel a lot better now he is in our care. Bubble is a leggy boy who is hoping to be noticed and loved. Bubble will need to attend puppy training classes and be neutered at 6 months of age.

19-03-19 UPDATE
Bubble is such a clever boy! He clearly hadn't had any socialisation, as he had no manners when he came to us but it didn't take him long to adjust. In a matter of days he has turned into a lovely, calm well behaved boy.
Bubble already knows to sit and wait for his food. Sometimes he gets a bit excited and tries to jump up if there is food around but with a bit of correction he remembers to wait.
Poor Bobble came into us in such a state. He is doing well but is still a little smaller than we would like so we are working on bulking him up. Even though Bubble has come a long way in the short time that he has been with us, this wonderful boy keeps getting walked past when people visit.  They can't seem to see how handsome this scrappy little lad is.
Bubble loves company and will happily fall asleep in your arms . If you can give Bubble the time care and attention that he needs then please apply.

The adoption fee for an adult dog (6 months and over) is £220 and for a puppy is £250, However if the dog has a passport you will be given this when you adopt and we ask for a further £20 to help us buy a passport for another dog. You will find a break down of what the adoption fee covers under our Adoption Procedures (see link below) If your application is successful you will be home checked and you, all members of your family and any dog(s) who will be living with the dog MUST come to meet the dog you want to adopt. All our dogs are micro-chipped, have had at least their first inoculation and are spayed/neutered unless there is a medical reason for not doing so. You must have a safe means of transporting the dog home in a crate or if this is not possible please discuss with Many Tears or the Fosterer when your application is being processed.

In certain circumstances and in particular when it is one of our long term stayers or a dog who is difficult to home we may transport it down the M4 as far as Reading if the adopter is not able to travel for a valid reason. This will only happen on a Sunday and will be part of our Foster Run where we transport dogs to their foster homes. There will be and additional charge of £20 transport fee for this and the adopter must be able to travel to the allocated service station. Please think very carefully before asking for a dog to be transported as if you already have a dog there is no guarantee they will get along with the new dog or vice versa and you will need to be able to hold on to the dog until the following week and meet the van again if you wish to return the dog.

Please read our adoption procedures before applying and then complete the adoption form.
