If you are interested in adopting a dog that does not say it can be homed with a cat and wish us to cat test please let us know and we will be happy to do this.

30-11-18 Bauble is a female Cross Breed pup who has come to us to find her forever home. Bauble is a sweet girl, but is quite scared and worried about us at the moment so even though she is young Bauble would benefit from another kind dog or dogs to live with to help her confidence with people.  This will also help her with house training and lead walking. Bauble has never lived in a home before so she will need time and patience to help her settle into living with people.

17-12-18 UPDATE
What can I say about this little lady I met her yesterday for the first time and she is a sweet happy girl She's only a small little lady but look at that face She confident in the kennel with her friends loves fuss from humans and shows it from her waggy tail.
She can be a little nervous at times but I feel she will overcome this in no time. We started some harness training and Bauble was a little unsure as it's her first time out in the big world. However we did manage to have a few steps and again I feel she will pick this up in no time especially with a canine buddy with her.
Bauble needs a home with another resident dog so she can learn all the doggy stuff she should be doing. She's a little cracker and would love her forever home for Christmas. Bauble says please visit her at the rescue

The adoption fee for an adult dog (6 months and over) is £220 and for a puppy is £250, However if the dog has a passport you will be given this when you adopt and we ask for a further £20 to help us buy a passport for another dog. You will find a break down of what the adoption fee covers under our Adoption Procedures (see link below) If your application is successful you will be home checked and you, all members of your family and any dog(s) who will be living with the dog MUST come to meet the dog you want to adopt. All our dogs are micro-chipped, have had at least their first inoculation and are spayed/neutered unless there is a medical reason for not doing so. You must have a safe means of transporting the dog home in a crate or if this is not possible please discuss with Many Tears or the Fosterer when your application is being processed.

In certain circumstances and in particular when it is one of our long term stayers or a dog who is difficult to home we may transport it down the M4 as far as Reading if the adopter is not able to travel for a valid reason. This will only happen on a Sunday and will be part of our Foster Run where we transport dogs to their foster homes. There will be and additional charge of £20 transport fee for this and the adopter must be able to travel to the allocated service station. Please think very carefully before asking for a dog to be transported as if you already have a dog there is no guarantee they will get along with the new dog or vice versa and you will need to be able to hold on to the dog until the following week and meet the van again if you wish to return the dog.

Please read our adoption procedures before applying and then complete the adoption form.
