If you are interested in adopting a dog that does not say it can be homed with a cat and wish us to cat test please let us know and we will be happy to do this.

19-10-18 Bailey was originally bought from a breeder then got returned so the breeder brought her to us.  Bailey has broken our hearts here she is so confused and untrusting of people to the point she will panic out of pure fear so for this reason she needs an experienced adult only home with plenty of time and patience to help her overcome her fears and live the life she deserves. Bailey walks beautifully on the lead and is happy to go on walks. She will another dog to guide her, reassure her and remind her of housetraining and that life inside as a part of the family can be good.

19-11-18 UPDATE
Sweet little Bailey is a beautiful girl but sadly she it’s very difficult to take a photo of her , something in her past has made her terrified of phones, so unfortunately if your a lover of taking photos of your dog like I know I am this is not the dog for you.
Bailey is the dog for you if you want an affectionate girl who sleeps soundly all night in her bed, walks very daintily on the lead, is good with other dogs & loves her toys.  She could possibly go as an only dog and is house trained .
Sadly she is extremely wary of strangers, again something bad has happened in her past life but I'm sure with time and in a loving environment this will start to improve. She was also extremely frightened at the groomers, so is going to need an understanding one in the future.

01-12-18 UPDATE
Betty as we are calling her, is such a previous soul she, she could go as an only dog in the right home or with one other who would enjoy going on long walks with her, I think she finds it too much here  living with multi dogs as she often takes her self off to sit on her own .
She is housetrained and travels well in the car
Sadly she has had a bad experience at some point in her past, she doesn’t like her paws touched and will go to nip you if you touch them, so when we need to dry her paws or put her jumper on we just pick her up and she copes much better that way .
She also get times when she just goes and hides in the garden for no apparent reason,  we give her lots of praise and carry inside and she soon settles down .
Betty needs a home where she can feel safe and loved, but also one who will understand her past .
She really is the most loving pretty girl who deserves  a secure, happy future.

PLEASE NOTE: We nearly always home dogs who have come from breeders where there is ALREADY A RESIDENT DOG living in the house. They have usually never lived in a house before and are only used to canine company. They usually get their confidence and learn faster with another dog to copy from. This also helps with house training and learning how to walk on a lead. They will make lovely pets but do need a lot of love, time and patience. If the ex breeding dog you are interested in can be an only dog it will say so in its write up. Please read our information on ADOPTING EX-BREEDING DOGS before you apply.

The adoption fee for an adult dog (6 months and over) is £220 and for a puppy is £250, However if the dog has a passport you will be given this when you adopt and we ask for a further £20 to help us buy a passport for another dog. You will find a break down of what the adoption fee covers under our Adoption Procedures (see link below) If your application is successful you will be home checked and you, all members of your family and any dog(s) who will be living with the dog MUST come to meet the dog you want to adopt. All our dogs are micro-chipped, have had at least their first inoculation and are spayed/neutered unless there is a medical reason for not doing so. You must have a safe means of transporting the dog home in a crate or if this is not possible please discuss with Many Tears or the Fosterer when your application is being processed.

Please read our adoption procedures before applying and then complete the adoption form.
