  • Human family requirements

I need a quiet home where I won’t be overwhelmed while I settle in at my own pace.

  • Other pet requirements

I need a doggy friend in my new home. I've never met cats so I'm unsure!

  • House and garden requirements

I’m still shy, so I will need a secure garden while I get used to my new home.

  • Out and about requirements

I'm still getting used to my new life so a secure garden for me to explore is ideal.

  • Training needs

I need to learn lead training and house manners when I am settled into my new home.

  • Medical issues

I have been spayed and had a hernia repair. I have been treated for a ear infection.

09-04-25 Berry is a worried little lady who has come to us from a breeder and is only just beginning to discover the world beyond the life she’s known. Everything is new and overwhelming for her at the moment, and she is in real need of some TLC. Berry is learning how to be brave in her new surroundings and will need a calm, patient home where she can take her time to settle. She has never lived in a home before, so will need kind adopters who can gently help her learn all about house training and walking on a lead. At the moment, lead walks may feel too scary, so quiet time and gentle sniffs around the garden will be a good place to start.

Berry will need at least one kind and confident resident dog who can be her role model and offer her comfort as she finds her paws. With the support of a canine friend and a loving family, Berry has every chance to grow in confidence and begin to enjoy life. Berry has a beautiful soul, and with patience, love, and understanding, she will blossom into a loyal and affectionate companion. She just needs someone willing to show her what love truly means.

Berry had a hernia repaired at the time of her spay and has also had treatment for a ear infection.
