04-04-25 Reba has come to us from a breeder to find her forever home. She is a very worried girl who is overwhelmed to find herself here at the moment and in need of lots of love and kindness as she starts to settle in and feel secure. Reba is very worried by us at the moment and isn't sure about being touched or handled, so will be looking for a calm and quiet, adult only home with adopters who will allow her to settle in at her own pace and will offer her gentle words of encouragement. Reba will need at least one other kind and confident resident dog in her new home to be her friend and take her under their wing. She has never lived in a home before so will need kindness and understanding as she learns all about home life as well as new skills like house training and how to walk on a lead. Reba is a very special girl who is in need of a home just as special as she is and in the right environment we think she is going to truly thrive. It will be so worth it to see her tail wag for the first time as she begins to grow in confidence and trust. Reba has some patchy areas of fur, but with a good diet and now she is spayed, this should soon start to grow back nicely.
