01-04-2025 Melt has come to us from a breeder and is a sweet but shy girl who is still learning about human kindness. She’s easy to handle but hasn’t had much socialization with people, so she needs time, patience, and gentle reassurance to help her feel safe and secure. Melt has come to us with old wounds, potentially from dog bites, on her back legs and this has been treated and assessed by the vets.

She absolutely loves her doggy friends and will need a confident resident dog in her new home to provide comfort and help her build confidence. Since she has never lived in a home before, she’ll need to learn house training and how to walk on a lead. However, she is currently working on harness training with her kennel mum and is building her confidence on walks daily. With continued training and encouragement she is sure to master a lead in no time! As she is still learning about human kindness she will need an adult only home that can provide her with a calm and environment while she settles in.

Melt is a truly sweet girl who just needs love, understanding, and a little time to come out of her shell. With the right home, she will flourish into the wonderful companion we know she can be.
