29-03-24 Mimic has come to us from a breeder to find his forever home. He is a very worried boy who is quite shut down at the moment and will try his best to scramble away from you and hide. He will be looking for a calm and quiet, adult only home with adopters who have experience of ex-breeding dogs and plenty of love to offer him. He will need at least one other kind and confident resident dog in his new home to be his friend and help him to settle in. He has never lived in a home before so everything will be very new for him and he will need kindness and patience as he learns all about home life and new skills like house training. He has also never walked on a lead before and so will need to practice wearing a harness first around the home and garden until he has gained enough confidence to venture outside. We can tell that Mimic is such a sweet little guy, he just needs the chance to settle in and feel safe so he can relax and let his true personality shine through. With time, love and kindness you will be rewarded with such a special little boy. He has sore ears which will be assessed by our vets.
