27-02-25 Brody is a gorgeous boy that was born at Many Tears when is mum came to us pregnant and was adopted into a loving home as a pup, but has been returned to us as he has started to get jealous of the other dogs in the home.
Brody is a wonderful companion who thrives on one-on-one attention. He adores people and would prefer to be the only dog in the home as he can become a bit overwhelmed sharing his space with other dogs and can be reactive to them.
Brody would thrive in a home where he can be the centre of attention and enjoy a solo-dog lifestyle. He meets other dogs fine off lead but has had some trouble walking with a harness and can be reactive to other dogs when walking on one. We have changed this to a slip lead and with a little gentle correction he does walk to heel.
He is very scared of cats so he would prefer a home without them. He is kennel clean and we are told he is house trained. He has been raised around children so we might consider a home with older dog savvy ones. Brody is not destructive when left alone and would really make the perfect dog for anyone willing to provide him a chance of living in a home as the only dog.
Brody is breaking our hearts with how much he hates the kennels, as a home is all he has ever known. We are hoping that he won't be here for long as he would make the perfect adventurous and cuddly companion.
