Tesler is a gentle and calm girl who originally came to us from a breeder, shy and worried, but has made strides in her foster home. Tesler is best described as quiet, gentle and relaxed, amongst the obvious such as gorgeous and beautiful! When Tesler first came to us, she had very little confidence and wasn't sure how to handle human interaction or the love that we were providing. Since getting to know us humans a little better, she has opened her heart to the idea of a nice belly rub and gentle fuss as well as allowing us to groom her and take her on walks, which she is quite good at. Tesler's favorite things are walks, treats, and belly rubs - probably in that order. Tesler enjoys the company of another dog and has started to let her outgoing side shine and has been known to enjoy playtime and running around the yard with her furry friends. Tesler will need a kind resident dog that she can look to for comfort as well as a playmate. Tesler can be very nervous in new situations and around new people but for the most part is relaxed and quiet. She is quite worried by children and so will need an adult only home with no visiting children. Her favourite game to play is called lick-the-hand and the rules include that she licks your hand if you stop giving her a fuss, a fair trade if you were to ask Tesler.
