I need a resident dog to help me feel safe. I've never met cats so I'm unsure!

  • Out and about requirements

I am too scared to go out for walks right now and will need a careful introduction.

11-03-25 Sandy is a timid little lady that has come to us from a breeder to find her forever home. She is currently finding her new environment overwhelming and is looking for a calm place to rest and settle into. She has come to us with teeth needing urgent attention and this will be assessed by the vets. Sandy does take a bit to warm up to you, but once she is comfortable she enjoys a gentle cuddle and you can tell how much she longs to be loved. She will need a kind resident dog that will encourage her to be brave and will help her settle into her new environment. Sandy has not had the chance to live in a home and will need her new adopters to be understanding as she learns new skills such as how to walk on a lead and house training. She will need a quiet and calm adult only home where she can learn all about human kindness and home life. Once this little lady settles into her new home, she will be a proper lap dog and will absolutely flourish.

Can live with other dogs
