25-02-25 Hicory is a shy and worried girl that has come to us from a breeder to start her new life, and she is trying to hard to be brave on her new journey. Hicory isn't brave enough to approach us just yet but once she is in your arms she is easy to handle. Hopefully with some love, time and patience she will begin to open up and find her confidence. Hicory does walk on a lead quite nicely but can be easily spooked, so her new family may need to be understanding while she practices and builds her confidence. She has never lived in a home before so her adopters will need to be kind and understanding as she learns about home life and picks up new skills like house training. She relies on her kennel friends for support so she will need a kind resident dog or dogs in her new home to help her confidence and learn to trust. Hicory is a gorgeous little lady that is just needing someone to take a chance on her and show her all about what love is.
