Darling is continuing to settle in, and we’re getting to know more about her lovely personality each day. She’s starting to learn how to walk on a harness, although she’s not entirely sure about it just yet! We’re taking it slowly and gently, giving her lots of encouragement and positive experiences to help build her confidence.
What Darling does absolutely adore is cuddles! She loves nothing more than climbing into your lap for a fuss and showering you with gentle kisses. She’s such an affectionate little soul who just melts into you when she feels safe and loved.
It’s clear that what Darling wants more than anything is a warm, comfy sofa to call her own and someone to give her all the love she’s been waiting for. She really is a sweetheart and will make the most wonderful companion to someone with a little patience and a lot of love to give.

Meet Darling – A Snuggly Soul Ready for Her Sofa
Darling truly lives up to her name. This beautiful girl has come to us from a breeder, and despite her past, she’s already showing us just how sweet and affectionate she is. She's gentle, cuddly, and adores being fussed over, her favourite thing in the world is snuggling up and giving kisses. All she wants now is a loving family and a comfy sofa to call her own.
Darling gets along wonderfully with other dogs and would happily share her home with a kind canine friend. That said, she’s also confident enough to be your one and only, as long as you’ve got plenty of time and love to give. She could live with older, dog-savvy children who understand that she’ll need a little patience as she adjusts to home life.
As she’s never lived in a home before, Darling is still learning the ropes, things like housetraining and walking on a lead are all new, but she’s doing her best. She’s starting to get used to wearing a harness and lead, though she’s not totally convinced just yet.
Darling has been vet checked and is currently being treated for some minor issues like dry skin and concrete sores. She has hip dysplasia, likely due to her breed, and a bit of cauliflowering in one ear, her new owners will need to be aware as these conditions are pre-existing they will not be covered on insurance. However with some good food, care, and love, we know this little lady will thrive.
All Darling wants is a soft spot to snooze, someone to love her, and plenty of cuddles. She’s such a special girl, and she’ll be the most loyal and loving companion to the lucky person who gives her a chance.

This beautiful lady is Darling, and she truly lives up to her name! She has come to us from a breeder and is an absolute sweetheart. Darling is a snuggly, affectionate girl who gets along wonderfully with her kennel friends. While she’d enjoy the company of another kind dog, she’s also confident enough to be adopted as an only dog, provided her new family has plenty of time to spend with her.
As Darling has never lived in a home before, she’ll need patient adopters who can gently help her adjust to her new surroundings. She'll need to learn important skills like toilet training, walking on a lead, and getting used to everyday household sounds that may be unfamiliar to her.
Darling is a gentle soul and could happily live with older dog-savvy children who understand that she may need a little time and patience to truly settle in.
Health-wise, Darling has been checked over by our vets, who noted a few things her future adopters should be aware of. She has hip dysplasia, likely due to her breed, and cauliflower ear on her right side, these don’t require treatment but will need monitoring for any signs of infection. Darling also has a dry nose and some concrete sores, which we’re currently treating with Vaseline to help soothe and soften the skin. She is a little underweight at the moment, but with a nutritious diet and lots of love, we’re confident she’ll begin to thrive.
