  • Human family requirements

I need a quiet home where I won’t be overwhelmed while I settle in at my own pace.

  • Other pet requirements

I will need a friendly female resident dog to help me settle. I've haven't met cats.

  • House and garden requirements

I’m worried and will need a secure home and a garden to learn about being outside.

  • Out and about requirements

I haven't tried walks just yet and will find this a bit overwhelming at the moment.

  • Training needs

I have never lived in a home so I will need help to learn house training.

  • Medical issues

I have been neutered and am ready to find my forever home.

Mett Tonic! A handsome young boy who has come to us from a breeder to find his forever home. When he arrived he was very shy and nervous and quite overwhelmed to find himself here. As he has settled in, he is slowly learning to enjoy a gentle fuss and is gaining confidence each day. Tonic finds comfort in his kennel friends and will need another kind and confident resident dog in his new home to be his friend and help him settle in. Tonic will need his new friend to be a female as he doesn't like to share his space with other male dogs. Tonic also doesn't like sharing his food with other dogs and so will need to be fed separately. He has never lived in a home before so his adopters will need to be kind and understanding as he settles in and learns all about home life and new skills like house training and how to walk on a lead.

Though still overwhelmed, Tonic’s playful side shines when he’s with other dogs. He needs time to trust humans but has the potential to become a loving companion. With patience, love, and a cozy sofa to call his own, Tonic will surely blossom into a happy little cuddle monster. Could you be the one to give him his chance?
