  • Human family requirements

I need a quiet home where I won’t be overwhelmed while I settle in at my own pace.

  • Other pet requirements

I need another kind and confident resident dog in my new home to rely on.

  • House and garden requirements

I'm very shy but, I love the play yard, so a secure garden would be great

  • Out and about requirements

I am too scared to go out for walks right now but practising in the garden may help.

  • Training needs

I have never lived in a home so I will need help to learn house training.

  • Medical issues

I have low grade patella luxation in my back legs, which will need to be monitored.

12-02-25 Tanya has come to us from a breeder and is currently quite shut down at the moment. She has come out of her shell a bit more in the play yard and we are hopeful with more time she will settle in and begin to thrive. Tanya can be worried around people and relies on her kennel friends for support, and would need a kind and confident resident dog in the home to rely on for comfort while she settles into her new home and builds her confidence. Tanya has not had a chance to live in a home just yet and so she would need her new adopters to be understanding as she learns new skills such as how to walk on a lead and house training. Tanya isn't ready to accept a fuss just yet, but we are hopeful with time and trust she will begin to open up. Our vet has noted that Tanya has low grade patella luxation in both of her back legs. With gentle exercise and as she starts to build up muscle, this may start to improve but it is something her adopters will need to be aware of as should she require any treatment in future, it would not be coverable by insurance.
