  • Human family requirements

I need a calm and quiet home with lots of love and kindness.

  • Other pet requirements

I need at least one resident dog to help me settle, I've never met cats so I'm unsure

  • House and garden requirements

I would love a secure garden to explore.

  • Out and about requirements

I am starting to learn about wearing a harness, but I'm still very unsure.

  • Training needs

I have never lived in a home, so I need to learn lead walking and house training.

  • Medical issues

I have had most of my teeth extracted and would benefit from a soft food diet.

20-02-25 Helma has come to us from a breeder to find her forever home. She is a nervous girl but will approach you for a gentle fuss and is happy to let you pick her up, so with some time and gentle TLC she should soon start to come out of her shell. She will be looking for a calm and quiet home, with adopters who have plenty of time to spend with her. She really loves her kennel friends and relies on them for comfort so would need a home where there was at least one other kind and confident resident dog to be her friend and help her to settle in. She has never lived in a home before so her adopters will need to be kind and understanding as she settles in and learns all about home life as well as new skills like house training and how to walk on a lead. She is a very funny little girl and when you talk to her she will talk (bark) back at you. She is such a little sweetheart and we cannot wait to see her find her forever family. She has had most teeth extracted at the time of her spay, but is recovering well and would benefit from a soft food diet going forward.
