Dewy – A Loyal and Loving Adventure Buddy Ready for Her Forever Home!

Dewy is a truly special girl with a heart full of love and a sweet, gentle nature. She has come to us from a breeder, but we’re told she has lived a happy life and is ready to settle into a forever home where she can be a devoted companion.

Dewy would thrive as an only dog, as her greatest joy is forming a close bond with her humans. However, in the right circumstances, she may also do well with a kind and friendly resident dog. Having experienced both indoor and outdoor living, she absolutely loves running free on a farm to burn off her energy. She’s also wonderfully obedient and has already mastered house training, lead walking, sit, stay, down, heel, and even has great recall!

That being said, Dewy does have a playful and excitable side. Her previous owners noted that when she was racing around, she could become overstimulated by horses and other livestock, sometimes giving chase. Because of this, she will need a home without equines, small furries, or livestock.

Dewy has a huge heart and adores both people and other dogs. She has also been described as quiet and well-mannered, with nothing but wonderful things to say about her. She is incredibly intelligent, eager to please, and will make the most amazing companion for an active person or family who enjoys adventures, long walks, and exploring the great outdoors—as long as she gets a cozy spot on the sofa next to her humans at night!
