20-02-25 Grace has come to us from a breeder ready to start her new life. She is a very scared girl who is very overwhelmed to find herself here at the moment and will hide away in the back of her kennel. She likes to cuddle up close with her kennel friends and really relies on them for comfort, so will be looking for a home where there was at least one other kind and confident resident dog to take her under their wing. Grace will be best suited to a calm and quiet, adult only home where she can settle in at her own pace. She is quite worried about humans at the moment so will need lots of time and love as she starts to learn that human hands can be kind. She has never lived in a home before so her adopters will need to be understanding while she settles in and learns all about home life and picks up new skills like house training. She has also never worn a harness or walked on a lead before and this will be very worrying for her at first, so she will need to practice around the home and garden before she is brave enough to venture into the big wide world. Grace is such a darling and we can tell there is such a sweet character waiting to emerge, she just needs lots of love and kindness to help bring her out of her shell. She has some scabs on her ear, due to possible trauma, but they are healing well. Grace has a travel document.
