18-02-25 Winter originally come to us from a home and was recently adopted for a short amount of time but sadly retuned to us. He is a gorgeous boy with stunning features and although he's from a home he does needs some further training. He was the only dog in his home so could easily be homed as an only dog as long as his adopters had plenty of time to spend with him. He his currently kenneled with a female friend about his size who get gets on really well with and we will assess him further to see what kind of friends he likes to have by his side, so he could possibly live with another dog if it was the right match for him.

Winter has never met cats and or been around children so we would prefer to rehome him without these at this time. He is very young and will benefit hugely from attending training classes and getting plenty of socialisation to help him grow into a well rounded adult dog. If you have experience with husky like dogs that would be great but not essential as long as you are an experienced dog owner. Winter will need a home where someone is around most of the time as he easily gets bored. He needs to be built up to being left especially if he is the only dog in the home. He will need an active home where he can get heaps of exercise so that he can get all the stimulation he needs. He is an extremely clever boy and is quite the Houdini! He can open doors all by himself and even managed to open the latch of the kennel in the vets when he was waiting for his health check - which no dog has ever managed to do!! If we didn't see him do it with our own eyes, we wouldn't have believed it! For this reason he will be looking for an extremely secure home and garden with adopters who have experience with dogs who are equally as clever as him! Winter is very special!
