Toll has been in foster for 6 weeks, she was extremely nervous when she first arrived. She is a lovely funny dog with a huge personality and loves to play with her doggy friends. Toll known here as Frosty loves her food and sleeps all night in the kitchen (by choice) with two of the resident dogs. Toll is still very wary of humans, reacts vocally to unexpected movement and spends time evading contact. Toll is not yet walking on a lead, has car sickness and is generally still fearful of people. She will come into the rooms and move about is difficult to secure her in a small area to pick her up. But is none reactive once in your arms. She loves treats but stays at hands length waiting for you to drop it for her to pick up. Toll needs another grounded dog to learn her how to gain confidence and adapt to her new life. She needs to go to an adult experience home. Toll has been to the groomers and behaved very well allowing groomers to handle her without problems. She will make someone a wonderful companion in the right environment.

Meet Toll – A Sweet Soul Ready for a Patient Home
Toll is a gentle and endearing little lady who originally came to us from a breeder to find her forever home. She has now spent some time in foster care, where her personality has truly started to shine. While still learning to trust humans, she has shown herself to be a funny and playful girl who adores the company of other dogs.
Toll is still quite wary of people and can be vocal when startled. She loves treats but prefers to keep a little distance, waiting for them to be placed down before she takes them. Despite her nerves, she has made progress, she will come into rooms and move around freely, though securing her in a small space to pick her up can be tricky. That said, once in your arms, she is completely non-reactive.
She has been to the groomers and behaved beautifully, allowing handling without any issues. Toll isn’t yet walking on a lead and does experience car sickness, so her new family will need to be patient as she continues her journey of learning and adapting.
Toll must have another confident resident dog in her new home to help guide her and show her the ropes. She will thrive in an adult-only, experienced home where she can build trust at her own pace. With time, love, and understanding, Toll has the potential to blossom into a devoted and loving companion.
If you can offer Toll the calm, patient home she needs, she will repay you with her unique charm and gentle spirit. Could you be the special person she’s waiting for?

Toll is a very sweet little lady that has come to us from a breeder to find her forever home. Toll is still learning about us humans and is a little more confident than her kennel friends, and still relies on them for support. We believe that Toll would benefit from a resident dog in the home to look to for comfort while she learns all about home life and how to be a spoiled house dog! Toll has not had a chance to live in a home just yet, so her new family will need to be understanding while she learns new skills such as how to walk on a lead and house training. Toll is easy to handle and people oriented and will absolutely flourish in a home. As long as she gets all of the cuddles and love she deserves. Toll has an undershot jaw, however this doesn't effect her and doesn't stop her being the most beautiful girl.
