Meet Flo – A Sweet and Shy Beagle Looking for a Loving Home!
Flo is a beautiful, shy girl who has come from a breeder to find her forever home. Currently, she’s still getting used to the world outside the kennel and, being sensitive to touch and hand-shy, she can be a little nervous around strangers. However, with gentle handling, encouragement, and patience, she’s learning to trust and will thrive in a loving environment.
At heart, Flo is a curious and active Beagle who will delight in exploring the world with her clever beagle nose, especially during long, sniffy walks. Though she needs time to settle, she is already showing that she loves playing with other dogs and enjoys being part of a pack. With the help of a kind, confident resident dog in her new home, Flo will build confidence and come out of her shell.
Flo is looking for a quiet, adult-only home with at least one other dog to help guide her through the transition. She will need an adopter experienced with nervous dogs who can provide a safe and secure garden for her to feel comfortable. Flo will need time to adjust, learn house training, and get used to walking on a lead.
Though she’s still a little unsure, Flo is already showing her sweet and affectionate side, and with the right guidance, she’ll become a loyal and loving companion.
