Coco is an incredibly loving and affectionate boy who is eagerly waiting for his forever home. He arrived with us from a breeder, and since then, his sweet, people-oriented nature has shone through. Coco loves being around people and could easily thrive as an only dog if his new family is around most of the time. However, he would also do well with a female resident dog to keep him company.

Coco’s enthusiasm is one of his best traits, though he can get a little too excited on a lead, especially when he’s out for walks. With the help of a halti and harness, he walks beautifully and is a joy to take on adventures. He’s already shown great progress, learning to settle into walking with ease. Despite his excitement, Coco is an affectionate companion who constantly checks in with his human, finding comfort in knowing you’re by his side. His sweet nature makes him a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a loyal, loving companion.

Having never lived in a home before, Coco will need a patient adopter who can guide him through house training and teach him about home life. He would do best in an active home, where he can get both mental and physical stimulation, and he’s sure to enjoy plenty of walks and outdoor adventures with his new family.

Coco does have sore skin on his chin, which is being treated by our vet, and he’s had his teeth scaled as part of his neuter. He may need some extractions in the future, but this doesn’t take away from his loving nature or the joy he brings to those around him. He has developed a pea sized lump on his neck recently, which is being monitored by our vet, but as of right now no action is needed.

This gentle, older gentleman is simply looking for a warm bed, a loving family, and lots of cuddles. Coco truly deserves a home where he can be cherished and spoiled. If you’re looking for a sweet, affectionate companion who will fill your heart with love, Coco might just be the perfect match for you. Don’t let this sweet soul wait any longer, he’s ready to give his heart to the right family. He will need a cat-free home, but is great with other dogs and enjoys the company of his kennel buddies.
