Bunny

Meet Bunny: A Sweet, Loving Girl Ready for Her Forever Home
Bunny is a gentle, kind-hearted girl who arrived in the UK after being rescued from the war in Ukraine through War Paws Rescue. While she spent much of her life with another dog, she’s now learning to make new friends and is becoming more confident with other dogs. Though she can be shy at first, especially around men, once Bunny trusts you, she’s incredibly affectionate and loves to give kisses and enjoys belly rubs.
Bunny needs a patient and understanding home where she can continue to build her confidence. She may need some time to adjust to new sights and sounds, so gentle exposure to the outside world will help her settle in. She’d thrive with a confident resident dog to show her the ropes and would be most comfortable in a quiet home. Bunny can be protective of her food, so she will need to be fed separately from other dogs.
Bunny is a playful, energetic girl who will thrive in a calm, loving environment. She will need a family who can offer her the time and patience to adjust and help her grow into the confident, loving dog she is meant to be.
Health and Testing: Bunny has been tested for Heartworm, Ehrlichia, Anaplasmosis, Borrelia, Babesia, and Canine Brucellosis, both in the Ukraine and on her arrival here, all with negative results. We recommend re-testing in 3 months, and we’re happy to arrange this for adopters.
Bunny’s Needs:
- A home with a kind, confident male dog.
- No cats.
- A calm, quiet environment.
- Patience, love, and time to adjust.
Bunny has a passport and is ready for her forever home. She is an absolute gem, loved by everyone who meets her, and will bring joy and affection to the right family. Could you be the one to give Bunny the loving home she deserves?
