19-04-25 Scooter is an older pup who has come to us from a breeder to find the kind, patient forever home he so desperately needs. This dinky little lad hasn’t seen much of the world and is currently feeling very overwhelmed to find himself in kennels. At the moment, Scooter is worried by people and will try to hide away, but with love and kindness, we believe he will slowly start to trust and come out of his shell.

When he arrived, Scooter was very matted and uncomfortable, but after a much-needed groom he’s feeling much better. He does have some sore skin, but with time and gentle care this will begin to heal.

Scooter will need a calm and quiet adult only home with adopters who can give him the time and space he needs to settle in. He has never lived in a home before and doesn’t yet know about house training or walking on a lead, but with gentle guidance and a kind dog to follow he will learn in his own time. Scooter will definitely need at least one other kind and confident resident dog in his new home to be his friend and take him under their wing.
