  • Human family requirements

I need a quiet home where I won’t be overwhelmed while I settle in at my own pace.

  • Other pet requirements

I need a doggy friend in my new home. I've never met cats so I'm unsure!

  • House and garden requirements

I’m frightened and will need a secure garden to learn about being outside.

  • Out and about requirements

I'm still getting used to my new life so a secure garden for me to explore is ideal.

  • Training needs

Please be patient with me, I'm nervous and learning everything from scratch.

  • Medical issues

I have come in with signs of mastitis and gunky ears but this is being monitored.

16-04-25 Pip is a sweet little soul has come to us from a breeder and is currently finding her feet in a world that’s all very new and a little overwhelming. Pip is a worried little bean but doing her very best to be brave in her new surroundings.

Despite her long journey, she’s gentle to handle and shows a real eagerness to please. Once she’s had a few minutes to settle, she’s happy to accept a soft fuss and a kind word. She’ll need a calm, gentle resident dog in her new home who can guide her, show her the ropes, and help her grow in confidence.

Pip has never experienced the comforts of a home before, so everything from house training to lead walking will be new to her. She’ll benefit from patient, positive introductions, starting with quiet time in the garden as she builds trust and security.

With time, kindness, and the steady companionship of a canine friend, Pip will blossom into the wonderful companion we know she’s meant to be.

Pip has come to us with signs of mastitis and gunky ears. Both are being assessed and will be monitored and treated if need be, by our vets.
